Warehouse Administrator

The General Affairs Administrator is required to carry out duties to members of senior management and a range of administrative and clerical duties in the main office and H&S compliance admin.
Must be able to work without supervision to complete tasks and achieve a consistently high standard.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8 AM-4.30 PM Pay Rate: £23K - £24.5K Key Responsibilities: Stationary & consumables ordering and inventory management.
Updating central compliance folders with up to date H&S certs.
Organising waste collections.
Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties when needed.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
Conduct induction process with new starters.
General Admin functions for the department.
Process invoices and manage vendor accounts when required.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably by the manager.
Internal / External Meeting Arrangement: Meeting Room allocation / Business Lunch Arrangement / Supporting the Meetings Other Responsibilities Covering for the Health & Safety / GA Asst.
Manager Skills / Experience: Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills Have administration experience in a similar working environment Strong PC desktop application skills, i.e.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience of policies and procedures Excellent verbal & written communication skills Resilient and hardworking/able to cope with fast paced environment Diplomatic and able to handle confidential issues Personal Attributes: Good networking skills and abilities Good organisational and administration skills & attributes Can successfully work to deadlines Good presentation skills Numerate, strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage workload Flexible in overtime Ability to prioritise and manage workload Must display a positive, can-do attitude and approach Energetic self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision and direction Completer finisher - able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer focused solution Good judgement - able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility Support colleagues and able to work as part of a team Interested?
