The General Affairs Administrator is required to carry out duties to members of senior management and a range of administrative and clerical duties in the main office and H&S compliance admin.
Must be able to work without supervision to complete tasks and achieve a consistently high standard.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8 AM-4.30 PM Pay Rate: £23K - £24.5K Key Responsibilities: Stationary & consumables ordering and inventory management.
Updating central compliance folders with up to date H&S certs.
Organising waste collections.
Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties when needed.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
Conduct induction process with new starters.
General Admin functions for the department.
Process invoices and manage vendor accounts when required.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably by the manager.

Manager Skills / Experience: Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills Have administration experience in a similar working environment Strong PC desktop application skills, i.e.
