We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a good understanding of excel and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
The Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:- · Reconciling Invoices.
· Liaising with Vendors and Contractors.
· Keeping of records and invoices.
· Maintaining efficient recording of Spreadsheets.
· Identifying and reconciliation of accounts discrepancies.
· Participate in payroll processes.
· Reporting on finance projections.
· Reconciling the Business bank statements monthly.
· Onboarding of new starters Requirements Hardworking & keen to learn.
Attention to detail is a must.
Time-management and organization skills.
Ability to deal with confidential documents and information.
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures would be desirable, but an eagerness to learn this would be acceptable.
Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or in a similar role would be desirable, however we would also be very interested in you, if you show a passion for finance and starting out in your career.
Previous experience with an accounting software would be desirable.
This role will involve extensive use of MS Excel, so good knowledge is essential.
