Our client, a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join their Patient Partnerships team.
In this role, you will provide vital support to the regional Established Markets and International Markets Patient Partnerships, acting as a key ambassador and communication interface.
You will have the opportunity to coordinate team meetings, manage documents and presentations, assist with internal and external events, handle purchasing and contracting tasks, and provide general administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate team meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communicationManage document and presentation production/editing, utilising Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Events ManagementPrepare for internal and external meetings and luncheonsHandle purchasing and contracting tasks for departmental contractsAssist with onboarding new hires and maintain general filing systemsProvide secretariat support to the Patient Partnerships regional teamIndependently prepare invoices and purchase orders, reconciling differencesDevelop and maintain communication platforms and tools for global cross-functional collaborationSupport diary coordination and management of global internal eventsEnsure the effective onboarding of new colleagues, including coordinating IT needs and systems trainingCoordinate oral and written communications on behalf of the departmental teamsInteract frequently with internal personnel and external stakeholders and vendorsProfessional Profile:Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independentlyDetail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skillsIT literate with proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDiscreet in handling confidential and sensitive informationPositive outlook and flexible approach to workExperience providing administrative support to high-functioning teamsComfortable with remote working and supporting managers in different geographical locationsIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding administrative role within a dynamic organisation, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
