Job Purpose As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the existing Account Management team by helping process, validate and manage Renewal and Expansion deals within our existing customer base.
We are looking for someone who will challenge the ways things are done, provide insight and apply problem solving to improve current processes.
You will work alongside our Account Managers and key stakeholders from Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, IT and GTM systems.
Main Responsibilities Working with the Account Managers, liaise with contracts, finance and other teams to prepare sales quotes and proposals to assist with the Renewals and Expansion process Maintain and update customer agreements Maintain and update Salesforce and CPQ while ensuring data integrity Process and check all expansion sales submitted by Account Management Confirm data accuracy by cross checking expansion values and relevant discounting with current Price Book Work with stakeholders to identify quick wins and improvements in processes and systems Problem solving, identifying order and account issues and providing solutions within contract terms Identify opportunities to simplify how accounts are being managed, i.e., by recommending opportunities to migrate clients to alternative paperwork Highlighting inefficient working practices with managers and work with them to improve processes and practices Maintain a high level of internal customer service and data accuracy Stay up to date with new Salesforce features Requirements Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a must (experience with Juro, PlanHat and CPQ a bonus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Prepared to challenge, willingness to learn, using initiative Previous experience of process development, logical thinker Ability to work autonomously Adherence to deadlines A team player with high level of dedication Reporting skills; excel knowledge is essential We are united by a shared purpose and are committed to truly understanding each other.
