The Administration Support Apprentice RoleWe are looking for a professional and efficient team member to join us as an Admin Apprentice within our Admin Support Team.
The role is to support the Admin Support Team to achieve compliance.
To deliver reports and dashboards to assist the Admin Support Team monitor and maintain compliance throughout all departments.Day to day we will support and help with your Training & Development so you will be able to complete some of your key responsibilities effectively and independently during and after you qualify.
This will also include completing a customer service apprenticeship.
Key responsibilities include: Answering phones - being able to deal with customers & surveyor queries & requests.
Calendar management & surveyor support Monitoring and actioning the area admin inboxes Providing,uploading and updating statistical reports and data to assist management Issuing,distributing and managing such data and follow ups Updating and distributing dashboards in respect of KPI measures.
Raising credits and revised invoices relating to customer refunds Providing support as required to other departments such as contracts administration and Guarantee claims division in respect of sale or post sale queries and documentation What does an apprenticeship look like with Rentokil Property Services?0-12 months: In your first year, you'll work with a mentor to learn the skills needed to excel in your role.
