Prepare publication of internal communications: office maintenance, department policy update, public transportation strike etc.
Office layout management including but is not limited to, layout updates of desk, drawer and cabinet assignments for new and departing employees.
Arrange and support meetings and various events, such as monthly birthday parties, Easter and Christmas events, etc., venue arrangement, decoration, table setting.
Stationary orders, inventory and distribution.
New employees onboarding and welcoming.
Responsible for all the activities related to in-office support, internal communications, assets management, help desk and inventory.
Qualifications: Bachelor or above education background in Business studies/Administration or Management related Proven 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position Excellent communication skills and good office-related activities knowledge.
Resourceful, initiative, detail oriented and independent.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Application.
Good team player with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to respond positively to the unexpected.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Fluent in English, Chinese language skills is mandatory to have
