Role description: The purpose of the Share Plans Program Manager role is to oversee the management of the Arcadian Share Plan (ASP) ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions where Arcadis operates while also serving as the visible and dynamic company representative of the program.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing program management processes to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the ASP, aligning with the organization's broader business objectives.
Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting and communicating the benefits of the ASP to all employees, fostering excitement and engagement around the program.
Central to this position, will be the development of a comprehensive program management plan that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the ASP.
You will also be responsible for championing the program across the organization, being visible in forums such as town halls and other employee events to drive awareness and participation.
The Share Plan Program Manager reports directly to the ASP Program Director and together forming an integral part of the Global Performance and Reward COE of Arcadis.
This role will have 1 direct report, the ASP Program Specialist.
Role accountabilities: This role will be responsible for developing a robust program management plan for the share plan programs which will entail: Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of governance frameworks for the program, ensuring it is aligned with global standards and local regulations.
Create and implement a communication plan to effectively reach both participants and non-participating employees, increasing awareness and enthusiasm for the program.
Serve as the visible advocate of the ASP at company events, town halls, and other forums, highlighting the program's benefits and encouraging employee participation.
Regularly collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance teams to stay informed about organizational and regulatory changes, ensuring the program remains compliant and relevant.
Monitor and audit compliance activities related to the program, proactively addressing any discrepancies or risks to maintain program integrity.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks, ensuring the stability and success of the program.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal departments such as People, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors associated with the share plan programs.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure the smooth execution of the programs, promoting alignment and shared goals.
Lead the management of external benefit providers, ensuring they deliver efficient and high-quality services to employees.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of the program, focusing on benefits realization and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Identify opportunities for further standardization and automation of program management processes, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement program management best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the share plan programs.
Qualifications & Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing share plans globally, and/or experience within the Human Resources field with program management experience.
They should have a track record in stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals will be essential.
Proven ability to engage, inspire and communicate effectively, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
