Job summary We are looking to recruit a full-time Administrative Manager to join our team at the Cardiff and the Vale Hospice!

Main duties of the job The Administrative Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality administrative support for the place-based team, managing tasks such as data reporting, clinical system accuracy, and IT and finance operations.
They lead the administration team, focusing on recruitment, performance, and fostering collaboration, while upholding Marie Curies values of compassionate care and resource efficiency.
This role supports smooth operations and contributes to the charitys mission of providing exceptional end-of-life experiences.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with data reporting and clinical systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team while working collaboratively A management qualification or equivalent experience, with knowledge of people management processes.
