Admin Support

MPI have a requirement for Admin Support to work on site at DSAE Cosford on contract for initially 6 months. This  is a 6 month requirement but, will be reviewed at that stage with the possibility of extension if work levels permit.
Normal working hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 16.30 Fri.
This role is deemed in-scope of IR35, therefore the PAYE RATE is £12.15 AHW
This is an ongoing contract with an onsite interview required.
The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure and will undergo an MOD BPSS Security Clearance.
The job tasks/requirements are as below:
Requirements: Essential – Be able to use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Note taking?
Desirable – Use of some form of Database or Tafmis/JPA, SharePoint type system.
Tasks: Attend Review Boards to record, produce and publish the RoD’s.
Update Spreadsheets (Accommodation, ETT, Instructor Database)
Update Photo Nominal Rolls
Upload reports to SharePoint.
