Admin Assistant Reigate £12.50 - £13 per hour Temp Urgent: Administrative Assistant Needed Start Date: ASAP Location: Near Reigate (must be a driver, ideally with a valid DBS) Pay: £12.50-£13/hour Duration: 4 weeks Key Duties: Manage reception (8am - 4:30pm) with lunch/absence cover.
Handle admin tasks: filing, absence lists, and emergency procedures.
Oversee students boarding buses using daily registers.
Assist the finance team with orders and budget reports.
