Main duties of the job
Meet the client:I like to be outdoors and I enjoy being busy.
In my spare time I like gaming, gardening and socialising.
I need a Support Worker who will promote my independence and prompt me with aspects of daily living.
Rehabilitation and ongoing progress is important to me, so support with my physio, OT and hydrotherapy sessions will be part of the role.
Looking for a support worker who is outgoing and enjoys you'll be doing:This role is to support our brand new male client who has suffered a brain injury.
The client is an independent young man who wears a prosthetic and is working with a therapist with his requiresminimal supportwith personal care and help with domestic duties.
The right candidate will supportwhile encouragingindependenceandproviding reassurance when needed.You will be required to drive our client's vehicle so the client can actively access the community.
Therefore you must hold a full UK drivers licence.
