Accounts Receivable Assistant

Accounts Receivable Assistant Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a great business based in Bromley who are expanding their company and are urgently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the team.
Duties: Raising complex invoices to the accounts receivable ledger Processing multi-currency invoices Issuing credit notes and prepayment invoices when requested Bank reconciliation and customer accounts Monitoring the finance inbox in order to respond to any invoice or consultant queries Issuing statement of accounts for customers Ensure additional tasks for month-end are completed on time Desirable: Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) Good attention to detail 2 years experience in a similar role Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 If you are interested in the role please apply!
