Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement an inspiring sales strategy to achieve and exceed budgetary targets within assigned territories.

Drive growth in market share and brand presence in line with the company's strategic goals.
Promote advanced monitoring technologies and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Account Management & Customer Support
Provide training, strategic planning, and onsite support to key accounts to drive growth.
Drive sales of innovative products through key customer accounts and relevant influencers.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system for assigned accounts and territories.
Align activities with key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on performance.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, or account management.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven reporting.
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, averaging 8–10 days per month.
