Role: Sales Manager, EMEA Location: Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 base + bonus + equity

~5 years old and just about to enter Series A - making waves within sales tech
~ Customers include - Google, AWS, Spendesk and Uber
Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and meet revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and developing team capabilities to drive optimal results.
Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with key clients in the financial services sector, focusing on payments solutions for mid-to-large-sized businesses.
Strategically target and expand into new markets, maximizing sales opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and report on sales metrics, using insights to improve strategies and address areas of underperformance.

3+ years experience as a Sales Manager / Head of Sales in a fast growing B2B SaaS vendor
~ Demonstrable experience in building and scaling high performing sales teams
~ Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
