Sales Manager, Spirit Producer and Distillery, London, Up to £45,000 plus Bonus and Expenses
Join this growing independent distillery as Sales Manager and lead the charge in shaping their on- and off-trade sales strategy in London.

They are a dynamic and innovative spirit producer, known for their exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
As they expand our portfolio, including the launch of an exciting premium spirit range, they are seeking a driven professional to spearhead our sales efforts and bring their products to the forefront of the trade.

The Sales Manager responsibilities:
Leverage your network and expertise to grow sales across our current range and establish a foothold for our premium spirits.
Develop tailored sales pitches and strategies to secure new accounts and expand our market presence.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to connect with prospective clients and showcase our products.
Use market insights and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the trade.
The ideal Sales Manager Candidate:
Have a proven track record of generating new business and growing sales across a spirit portfolio.
Possess a strong network within the London on- and off-trade market.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for brand-building.
Be skilled in crafting compelling sales presentations and negotiating win-win partnerships.
