We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team full-time in London.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of UK businesses in the Middle East by driving client acquisition and building lasting relationships.
The Sales Manager will directly influence our clients' success, while achieving personal and company-wide sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract franchisors and UK-based businesses seeking expansion into the Middle East.
Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and nurture leads through the sales funnel to secure new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by leveraging innovative approaches and identifying untapped market opportunities.
Represent The One World at networking events to promote our services and expand our client base.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the franchising industry or international business development.
Work in a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters professional growth.
Engage with dynamic markets in the Middle East and build a rewarding career in international business development.
