THE ROLE
We're looking to hire an ambitious Sales Manager to help us acquire and expand farm accounts on Hectare Trading.
The role benefits from significant exposure to senior management, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer alongside two enthusiastic Sales Executives.

ABOUT YOU
You'll have all or some of these specific skills & experience:
B2B sales experience - most likely in an sales exec or sales manager role
Proven experience in building relationships with customers and growing accounts
Solid knowledge of account management (e.g.
account planning, profiling/prioritisation)
Passion for speaking directly with customers and making outbound calls
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong team player
Comfortable and competent with CRMs and other sales tools (e.g.
Salesforce)
Agricultural (especially knowledge of arable), grain trading or agritech background is highly desirable
Experience in new business activities (e.g.
nurturing leads, building relationships with prospects) also a bonus!
