Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager (Practice) Location: Droylsden, Manchester Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) What We Offer: A competitive basic salary (dependant on experience) Enhanced Holiday Package for the Individual Hybrid & Flexible Work Company Pension Genuine & clear paths of progression and growth within the business We are on the lookout for a motivated Accounts Manager to join our client's team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.
Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.
Requirements: Ideally hold 3+ years' experience working within a UK accounting practice.
ACCA or ACA qualification would be advantageous QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
