Accounts Assistant Organisation: TOPRA (The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs)
Location: Hybrid (London office in Canary Wharf)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About Us TOPRA is a professional membership organisation supporting regulatory affairs professionals in healthcare industries, such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, and health technology.
We provide education, training, and networking to ensure healthcare products meet strict legal and regulatory standards.

The Role We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day operations, including processing financial transactions, credit control, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable/payable, invoices, and refunds.
Reconcile transactions and supplier statements.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding debts.
Maintain accurate records and assist during audits.
About You: Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
