What we're looking for We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, assisting with essential financial operations for our solar and battery storage developments in the UK and Ireland.
What you'll be doing As an Accounts Assistant, you'll support our team by: Regular Tasks · Posting invoices · Drafting and executing payment runs · Managing landowner payments · Uploading and reconciling bank statements · Assisting with compliance reporting and drawdown creation Ad-Hoc Tasks · Handling vendor queries · Monitoring finance mailbox · Supporting due diligence information requests · Assisting in annual accounting tasks, including audit and financial statement drafting Is this the job for you?
We are looking for someone with experience of the tasks outlined above.
Industry experience, construction, or project finance experience is desirable but not required.
You will need good organizational skills, communication and a proactive approach.
