About our client: Our client is an esteemed accountancy firm based in London.
They have been assisting businesses in succeeding for over 40 years.
The role: Possible start date: ASAP Monday to Friday between 9am to 5:30pm Total working hours: 37.5 What you will do in your working day: Process customer transactions Process supplier transactions Process receipts and payments Process transactions into ledgers Reconcile bank statements Use accounting software Use double-entry Prepare CIS returns File CIS returns Organise and send post to clients Allocate post into client system Scanning Answer phones Use spreadsheets Organise and allocate client records Respond to client queries on emails Send customer ledgers to colleagues The training you will receive: Level 2 AAT qualification All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes     Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required Prospects: Potential full-time role on successful completion of this apprenticeship Qualifications required: GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential Personal Skills required: Communication skills IT Skills Attention to detail Organisation skills Customer care skills Problem solving skills Administrative skills Number skills Analytical skills Logical Team working Initiative The apprenticeship: Qualification: AAT Level 2 Duration: 15 months
