\n \n \n What We're Looking For: We are offering two potential roles depending on your experience and qualifications: \n \n \n Accounting Supervisor (Grade 2) : Minimum 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation, general accounting, and treasury work.
\n \n Assistant Manager (Grade 1) : A deeper level of expertise, backed by a recognised accounting certification.
\n \n \n Your Responsibilities: As part of the General Administration team, you'll handle a wide range of tasks, including: \n \n Verifying and maintaining accurate financial records and invoices.
\n Using SAP and other systems to manage accounting journals, ledgers, and reports.
\n Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
\n Liaising with banks, HMRC, and other stakeholders.
\n Coaching and developing junior accounting staff.
\n Supporting ESG initiatives and other general administrative duties.
\n \n \n What You Bring: \n \n Proven experience in accounting and treasury (minimum 2 years).
\n A professional accounting background (Chartered Accountant qualification or studying toward it).
\n Attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills.
\n Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
\n A team player mindset with the ability to work independently.
\n \n \n Key Details: \n \n \n Contract : Two-year fixed-term contract with potential for permanent position \n \n Start Date : January or February 2025.
\n \n Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week).
