Accounting Services Specialist

As a part-time Accountig & Office Specialist, you will: Maintain an accounting tracking file, forecasts, and reports for HQ.
Gather cost data related to project managers.
Deliver monthly track of costs for ESA UK.
Manage invoices, purchase orders, IT equipment and offers.
Handle and monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
Supply administrative management of ESA UK.
Coordinate meeting rooms and arranging meals if necessary.
What we need: From 0 to 1 years of experience as an Accounting or an Office Specialist in medium or big sized organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, expecially Excel.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Enthusiasm, team work and curiosity.
