Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Tech Company as a Accounting Assistant, based in London!
Contract duration: 24 months
Location: London, UK (hybrid)
We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant to manage the end-to-end payment processes, working closely with multiple stakeholders and engaging with partners as necessary.
The role involves handling various workstreams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external contracts.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Self-Billing Platform Management:
• Onboard new partners.

• Process kiosk mapping through Salesforce.

• Upload rate cards for both new and existing partners.

• Address rent adjustments for missed payments and resolve issues related to missed invoice generation.

2.
Manual Invoicing Process:
• Resolve queries related to invoices sent by partners.

• Verify locker details, site locations, and ensure compliance between contracts and manually raised invoices.

• Assist single-site partners with manual invoicing issues to ensure timely payment processing.

3.
Payee/Partner Central Management:
• Send invitations to partners for onboarding onto Payee Central if not on the self-billing platform.

• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to partners for using the portal effectively.

• Act as a point of contact for all partners for the UK.

4.
Liaising with Accounts Payable:
• Review and approve payments for submitted invoices.

• Assist with Creature Finance approvals and reconcile supplier accounts.

• Coordinate refund and credit requests where required.

• Resolve vendor queries regarding delayed or non-payments.

5.
Monthly Reporting for Finance and Partners:
• Produce comprehensive rent reports, business rates reports, and other ad-hoc financial data.

• Address requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.

6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
• Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and reporting.

7.
Experience in Salesforce:
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance and track processes.

• Support kiosk mapping and other relevant workflows through Salesforce.

• Analyse data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
