The Role: As a Financial Reporting Accountant , you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, helping to shape and maintain the financial integrity of this ambitious organisation.
Key duties include: Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Audit Management : Manage and support internal and external audits, acting as a key liaison with auditors.
Technical Expertise : Provide guidance on accounting treatments, regulatory updates, and compliance issues, ensuring the business is always ahead of the curve.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, driving efficiencies and supporting sustainable growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, advice, and strategic recommendations.
