Account Manager – Italian Market Lead

1X2 Network, the industry acclaimed Slot Supplier of the Year (EGR awards 2021), is looking for an Italian-speaking Account Manager , who will report directly to the Head of Account Management .
This is an opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing, independent software company.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the iGaming industry and already have an establish network within the Italian market.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, who will join the company and become the Italian Market lead, owning and driving that aspect of our business.
Additional opportunities to lead on other expanding markets will arise in the near future.
Responsibilities Full Account Management of a portfolio in multiple markets and client tiers Take on full management of 1X2 Network's Italian client portfolio.
Building relationships with casino operators to influence the release of our slot games and the positioning of them on their websites and helping other members of the team benefit from your current good relationships Be aware of all major projects within the organization and make it your business to know when project deliveries are expected.
You will also lead multiple major projects at once.
Data analysis – helping identify opportunities for growth and areas where performance has dipped, helping drive the team in being efficient with their time and acting on their findings.
Liaising with our aggregation partners as well as operators Upselling our product portfolio to Tier 1 operators Assist the client's team to ensure they have all the necessary requirements to fulfil their roles.
This includes but is not limited to: Info on game releases and dates Technical deployment details of 1X2 and 3rd party content.
Creating clear notes and tracking of project/client details for commercial purposes.
Being aware of industry trends, particularly in slot content, to help provide feedback to our game-building teams.
Occasional business travel, visiting and presenting to clients.
Required Experience Degree or experience in business, sales or other relevant fields 2+ years' experience in B2B sales/account management iGaming experience, ideally within the Italian market Fluent Italian speaker Who you are We're looking for an experienced account manager within the iGaming industry, who is driven and ready to own and drive our relationship with the Italian market.
You will be committed, reliable and a self-motivated individual, someone that we can trust to lead on a very important part of our business.
You will excel at multitasking and prioritising your workload, driven by problem solving abilities and commercial awareness.
Your exceptional interpersonal and relationships management skills make you a team player who thrives in diverse environments.
