We offer a remote working policy for all employees, albeit some UK travel will be required for Customer meetings, training, events and periodically scheduled company meetings.
This role is a full-time home-based role, with typical working hours expected between 9am and 5.30pm, although we do like to finish a little earlier on Fridays.
As expected with any senior role, you'll need to fulfil obligations of projects which might occasionally mean longer hours on evenings and weekends.
Ideally candidates will be based north of Birmingham to ensure sufficient location and travel time for Customer meetings.
WHAT'S THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?
We're looking for an additional Account Manager to join our Customer Services team to help achieve our exciting customer service goals.
We have big ambitions to grow our business, through maximising the upsell and cross sell opportunities within both our existing customers and targeted new business customers in the UK, Europe and North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify and capture sales opportunities within the account base.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to become a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to understand client requirements and support the delivery of a tailored presentation to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales consultants, project managers, and implementation specialists, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional products and services that align with customer needs and objectives.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects and clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within the technology industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Fluency in English Interest in working within a small, growing company environment.
Permanent UK resident and be legally entitled to work in the UK DESIRABLE SKILLS Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the holiday park and marina industry is a plus.
Sales orientated, the ability to sell and respectfully manage objections Proficient skill and usage of MS Office (word, excel and PowerPoint) Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team.
Ability to manage workload and time efficiently.

During the interview, you will speak with HR, our Customer Services Director and other members of the customer team.
You will be asked to complete a hands on presentation task so we can learn about the way that you think!
