About the Company: We are seeking to hire a Senior Manager /Manager : BPO/BPS/BPM Services Sales to manage and expand the footprint of our global clients' Business Process Management/Outsourcing across existing client accounts.
BPO /BPM/BPS services sales experience is non negotiable ( A BPM expert within the IT operations and outsourcing is the focus ) BFSI vertical experience is preferred , but not mandatory.
Responsibilities: Experience within Financial Services /banking sector is preferred.
Stakeholder management is required.
Account management experience required.
Must possess a strong understanding of the financial industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
Managing a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
Meeting with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
Developing and implementing strategies for maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Using an understanding of the client's needs and objectives to propose suitable financial products and services.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that the financial products and services meet the client's expectations.
Ensuring the delivery of monthly, quarterly or annual sales goals and revenue target.
Handling and resolving client complaints and ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions that meet clients' needs.
Preparing reports of account activity, expenditures, profit and loss, and other performance metrics.
Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Required Skills: Financial Services/ Banking/Bank shared service or insurance company Business Process Outsourcing /Business Process Management Account Management profiles.
IT and Outsourcing background Sales and Account Management BPM industry.
Based in the United Kingdom; Open to travel as and when required.
Location: Anywhere in the UK; Open to travel as and when required.
