We are looking for data-driven Account Managers to seek out new growth opportunities for Global Mile.
Join and help us solve real-world problems, streamline inefficiencies, and provide logistics support for our Sellers.
This role indexes on a sales and business development background to successfully identify and convert new opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession.
Key job responsibilitiesRecruit and manage a diverse portfolio of FBA Sellers for Global Mile's suite of logistics services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.
)Identify opportunities for account growth by having a thorough understanding of Amazon's diversified service offeringsProgram management responsibilities geared to improve and build upon the Seller experienceProactively consult with FBA Sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutions-based sellingBuild relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders through remote and face-to-face meetingsOwnership of Account Management activities including seller education, forecasting, operational troubleshooting, etc., which may include tracking and analyzing metrics to measure Seller Experience and business performanceOwnership of operational requirements related to onboarding new sellers to Global Mile (e.g., raising tickets internally, ad hoc tasks, etc.
) A day in the lifeAccount Managers will be talking with Sellers on a daily basis and developing pipeline management plans based on bold Units, onboarding and conversion goals.
This role works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, globally.
About the teamAbout the hiring group:
Formed in 2020, the EMEA Account Management Team within Global Mile works closely with FBA sellers providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics products & services.
Our objective over the next few years is to scale our global supply chain program for FBA Sellers and deliver a logistics experience they love.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor DegreeExperience in customer-facing role via sales, account management or other function. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor Degree required, ideally in a quantitative field, logistics, or business administrationExperience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM toolsPresentation, oral and written communication skillsCompetitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the boxCommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect in both online and face-to-face environments Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
