What You'll Do: Drive Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales plans to win new clients and expand existing accounts, contributing to overall go-to-market strategy.

Account Management: Own and manage key accounts, working closely with clients to understand their strategic business and technology needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Experts: Work with top-tier consultants and subject matter experts to deepen your knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and become an authority in the field.
Consultative Sales: Partner with Principal Consultants to align client needs with our solutions, developing long-term strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.
What We're Looking For: Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, specifically in the QA/Testing or technology services industry, with experience in both winning new business and retaining existing clients.
Business Development Skills: Strong ability to drive new business, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
Strategic Mindset: Able to build and nurture relationships at all levels, with a focus on long-term partnerships and enterprise-level clients.
Account Growth Focus: Experience in growing and expanding key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and deepening client engagement.
