Account Director West Midlands £85,000 + Car/Car Allowance, Bonus, Healthcare, Pension & Package The Role Account Director leading a team of over 100 colleagues delivering Hard FM services across 3 sites based locally to each other in the West Midlands.
Ownership of a significant P&L (£15m) with projects of a similar value delivered on top.

The Candidate We're looking to speak with senior FM account leaders with experience in delivering FM services, ideally across large complex sites, with a proven background of significant P&L ownership.
Strong people leadership skills are essential, with the ability to drive outstanding operational delivery whilst nurturing the client relationship.
