Are curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavours Assist in the preparation of the dishes in a timely fashion and agreed standards.
Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required.
Observe excellent food hygiene practice through the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
