This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop with a new staff team in a newly established independent special school catering to students with social and emotional mental health and other complex needs.
Job Summary: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and providing hands-on experience under supervision.
You will be working closely with experienced teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
About the Role: This position requires previous school experience, adaptability, and a willingness to work in various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors according to individual need.
You will take a responsive and caring approach, running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils as they explore further afield.
