The Job In ABM and Sales Enablement, your mission is to create content and campaigns that drive direct engagement with our customer accounts and target accounts.
Working collaboratively with the Customer Success and Account Management team, you will collaborate on opportunities for personalised (1-2-1), semi-personalised (1-2-few) and at scale (CS Campaigns) engagements with our customers.
You will produce content that addresses multiple stakeholders within the buying committee, clearly explaining how PriceBeam's products can alleviate their pain points.
Many of our clients are in the FMCG industry, so knowledge about the industry and challenges FMCG companies experience especially from a pricing point of view is definitely a plus.
You will continuously adapt and refine your content to changes in the industry, news, time of the year and organisational goals, maintaining flexibility to ensure sustained success.
You need to be comfortable getting stuck into account research and collaborating closely with our CS team to identify the messaging and content most likely to resonate with our customers.
It's important that you are a keen content creator, have a bias for action, are deeply curious, and enjoy a lot of collaboration.
In this role, you will get to: Develop highly personalised content that educates and engages our accounts.
This may include accounts/industry/task/persona/geography specific 1 pagers, presentations, demos, email campaigns, direct mails, landing pages and more Investigate and analyse intent data from Hubspot, Analytics, or other sources to create content that aligns with the specific needs and behaviours of prospects.
Experiment with various content formats, messaging strategies, and distribution channels to find the most effective approaches.
This includes running A/B tests, piloting new ideas, and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
Be an industry and product expert and assist with researching our buyer personas and the trends affecting decision-makers.
Conduct interviews with internal and external experts to enrich our content and develop a considered perspective.
We are looking for people who have: Proven experience in B2B content creation or demand generation FMCG and/or Pricing and/or market research knowledge and experience (agency or client side) highly preferred Demonstrable experience contributing to ABM campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders at a single organisation.
A love of the written word and comfortable with graphic design.
You'll be writing landing pages, 1pager, presentations and more and so confidence in your writing and content creation is a must.
Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with the company's tone and style guidelines.
