This is an ongoing, temporary, full-time role to start as soon as possible.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and has a strong commitment to supporting students' academic development.
Job Description: As an A Level Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students studying Mathematics at A Level, guiding them through their learning journey, and preparing them for exams.
You will work with a diverse group of students, supporting their academic needs while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the A Level Maths curriculum.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
Provide individual and group support to students as required, including those with additional learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
To apply for the role you will have: A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification (or in progress).
Experience teaching A Level Maths.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Mathematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
A DBS is also needed for this role.
