Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator with a strong background in operating Trumpf and/or Bystronic machines to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating 2D laser profiling machines, producing high-precision components from various materials, including exotic alloys, stainless steel, and aluminium.
This role requires a precise individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 2D laser profiling operator in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating 2D laser profiling machines with Trumpf and/or Bystronic control systems.
Strong understanding of laser profiling processes and materials, including metals and exotic alloys.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 2D laser profiling machines with Trumpf and/or Bystronic control systems.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and CAD models to produce components to specified tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Conduct first-off inspection and verify the accuracy of machined parts using precision measurement tools.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all components meet strict quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance laser profiling processes and efficiencies.
