As a 180° Recruiter, your primary focus will be on headhunting top talent for our established client base.
You'll be at the heart of the recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, selecting, and screening candidates to match our clients' needs.
This role emphasizes relationship-building and consulting, allowing you to become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with carefully selected candidates who are the best fit for their roles.
Your success will be measured by your ability to identify, engage, and present high-quality candidates while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

It involves: • Participating in our award-winning Learning and Development training programme, written and rolled out by our expert in-house L&D team • Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates • Process management: Managing the full 180° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion • Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up • Market research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news • Hitting daily targets and KPI's The Perfect Candidate: • Recent graduate with a minimum of a bachelor's degree • Confident personality • The desire to build a career and excel in a meritocratic environment • Hardworking with a competitive edge • Confident and articulate phone presentation • Social personality • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven Benefits: • Competitive basic salary with exceptional commission potential • Realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 OTE.
