Role: Service Transition Manager - Contract SC Clearance required Hybrid OUTSIDE IR35 Duration: 6 months An Service Transition Manager is require on a 6 month rolling contract to join the Services function of a Government agency tofocuses on improving the customer and user experience in delivering IT services.
as a Service Transition Manager you will ensure that these services are not only technically robust but are also positively received and utilized by the business and government partners.
You will enhancing the user experience by working closely with our customers and end-users to understand their needs and expectations.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, I identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize IT service delivery, addressing continuous service improvements, managing risks, and handling escalations and complaints.
