Team Leader Creator Location: Milton Keynes and remote working Role Profile CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes.
We are currently looking for dynamic and resultsdriven Call Centre Team Manager to join our team.
As a Call Centre Team Manager you will be responsible for managing coaching and supporting a team of Lead Creators generating appointments via contacting SME businesses in the UK to drive the adoption of our payment solutions products.
Direct Reports: 10 Reports to: Head of Outbound Contact Centre Responsibilities of the role Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business Meet and exceed sales target Identify and target businesses within the CreatePay ideal customer profile through cold calling.
Manage and coach Lead Creators to maximise potential and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
Understand the pain points of each prospect Communicate the benefits and features of our payment solutions Stay updated on payment trends competitor offerings and our product portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients.
Success Measures Achieve all sales targets in a consistent manner (month by month) Maintain high levels of sales volume Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators Requirements Experience Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop.
Proven experience in a sales role in a B2B sales capacity.
Relatable and positive experience of working in a fastpaced transforming organisation where everything isn t perfect but we re working hard to get there Previous Management and coaching experience in an outbound sales team.
Skills/Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Selfmotivated driven and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus.
An ability to strike accord with prospects over the phone.
