The AllClear Group is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to shape and lead our customer retention strategy across our established brands, AllClear and InsureandGo.

Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Retention Leadership: Develop and execute innovative customer retention strategies aligned with business goals.
· Renewal Process Management: Oversee all aspects of renewals, optimising processes across all channels to boost retention rates and revenue.
· Tailored Retention Programmes: Design and implement retention initiatives to increase engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and reduce churn.
· Commercial Growth Initiatives: Drive cross-sell and upsell efforts using customer data insights for enhanced engagement.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
· Customer Feedback Utilisation: Collect and analyse feedback to inform renewal strategies and improve service offerings.
· Performance Metrics: Monitor key KPIs, reporting on retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile: · Experience: Proven success in a Renewals/Retention role, with a strong record of improving renewal rates and driving growth.
· Commercial Insight: Skilled in commercial strategy with a deep understanding of customer retention.
· Data-Driven: Proficient in data analytics to guide decisions and optimise strategies.
· Customer-Centric: Passionate about enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
· Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with teams at all levels.
· Proactive & Analytical: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational abilities.
