We are currently seeking a passionate Manufacturing Manager & Joinery Lead to lead our workshop into the next chapter of excellence.
About You You will be a hands-on leader who lives and breathes joinery manufacturing.
Someone who can orchestrate our factory operations while maintaining our commitment to zero-defect furniture and cabinetry.
This isnt just about management – its about crafting excellence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Drive manufacturing excellence through direct leadership and hands-on involvement Collaborate with our design team to bring extraordinary projects to life Maintain our exceptional quality standards across all projects Champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance Master our supply chain through strategic inventory management Optimise processes for efficiency without compromising quality Lead cost control initiatives while maintaining premium standards Requirements Lives by our motto "The Difference is in our Detail" Brings sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking Thrives on beating deadlines through smart process optimisation Takes ownership of quality at every step of production Leads by example and builds strong team relationships 3-5 years experience in high-end joinery manufacturing Minimum 2 years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with factory joinery machinery Proven track record in quality control and process improvement Full UK driving license preferred Why Join Us?
