The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver seamless integrations and configurations tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities Develop and customise Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
Configure workflows, blueprints, email templates, and automation rules.
Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party systems using Zoho Flow, API, or webhooks.
Design and implement custom applications in Zoho Creator to address unique business needs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and customisations.
Essentials for £40,000 to £50,000: Proven experience as a Zoho Developer.
In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with building and managing automated workflows and blueprints.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party system integrations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Essentials for £50,000 to £60,000: Experience leading end-to-end Zoho implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Proven ability to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews.
Strong strategic problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven ability to build custom plugins, extensions, or customer portals to extend Zoho's functionality.
