About the role: We are looking for the voice of experience in all things YouTube to help support and scale up three of our in-house channels, with a potential fourth on the horizon to be built from scratch.
Please note, this is a freelance part time position.
We're ideally looking for someone for 3 days a week but are flexible and open to suggestion to suit the right candidate.
The Role: Develop a comprehensive YouTube strategy to increase channel growth, engagement, viewers, subscribers and traffic.
Oversee multiple YouTube channels.
Expand channel's reach and brand awareness.
Audience and community management and correspondence.
Analyzing data and metrics to track the channel's and content's performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing a content strategy and calendar for the channel.
Drive maintenance and optimization of content, for better search and discovery on YouTube.
Publishing new videos on the channel and creating the channel upload strategy, including overseeing thumbnail creation, keywording, copy.
Monitoring and enforcing the channel's community guidelines and policies.
Assisting in building the channel tone and identity.
Overseeing SEO and metadata.
Ideate relevant content in line with current trends alongside creative teams.
Identifying and implementing social media strategy.
Oversees creation and implementation of content calendars.
Builds out a project management process.
Builds KPIs for social channels.
Required skills/experience: Experience of managing brand identities and channels on YouTube Experience of growing YouTube channels previously An understanding of how YouTube and video can work as part of a wider marketing strategy A good knowledge of YouTube algorithms Experience of influencer marketing and paid advertising Experience of working alongside video and social teams A good communicator What Ink can offer you: We know that we are nothing without our people and that they determine the journey we are going on together.
