Role Description This is a full-time role as a YouTube Channel Management (Germany) at Be A Bear.
As a YouTube Channel Management you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve all aspects of channel management.
The perfect candidate: You've done this already, but you're looking for a real challenge now.
You've grown digital channels in a previous role, and you're confident in your ability to define a strategy and stick to it.
You're a fluent German speaker, and you keep up to date with local entertainment culture.
You're as comfortable managing a team of juniors as you are managing client expectations, even when things aren't going to plan.
You've got experience working with entertainment brands, and you're keen to maximise on this.
Role & Responsibilities: Working within a growing team of digital strategists, and managing a Digital Channel Assistants Creating channel strategy directly with clients, and understanding the nuances that apply to their business Responsible for everything that happens on the YouTube channel, from content schedules through to claims Focussed on ways to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, but learnings on other channels help Responsible for reporting back to the client and the wider team Work with the wider team to identify channel trends Communicating insights back to the client in a clear and concise way Follow competitor behaviour and general YouTube trends Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content A passion for media and entertainment brands An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends Excellent time management Requirements: 1 + years' experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management Fluent in YouTube analytics Experience using other supporting tools such as VidIQ or Tubular Labs Passionate about great content, advertising and brands and publishers Fluent German Speaker Benefits: Flexible working opportunities are at the heart of how we operate at Be A Bear Development focussed culture Extra holiday for your birthday Bike to work scheme Electric Vehicle scheme London based office with remote working opportunities Apply to ****** Please do not send generic cover letters , we want to know what excites you; in your application talk about your favourite YouTube channels and campaigns and tell us why you think they're great.
