Youth Worker (Primary School) Location: Preston Hours : Full-time, 8.45am to 15.15pm  Hourly Pay: £12.90  Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives?
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team at a vibrant Primary School in Preston.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and well-being of children in a supportive educational environment.
Role Overview: As a Youth Worker at our Primary School, you will provide essential teaching assistant support, focusing on aiding hard-to-reach children in their educational journey.
Your experience as a youth worker will be invaluable in understanding and meeting the needs of these students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere within the school community.
Key Responsibilities: -          Assist in the delivery of educational activities and support sessions under the guidance of teaching staff.
-          Engage proactively with students, encouraging participation and fostering positive Behavior.
-          Support the social and emotional development of children, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
-          Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.
Requirements: -          Previous experience as a youth worker or in a similar role is highly desirable.
-          A genuine passion for working with children and helping them overcome challenges.
-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-          Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-          Relevant qualifications or training in youth work or education are advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
