Teaching Personnel are looking for a Nurturing Youth Worker to join a fantastic school in Rawtenstall.
As a Youth Worker, you will take a creative approach to supporting pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises children's achievement and ability to develop.
The youth worker is responsible for supporting the children to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum.
The ideal candidate will successfully set a vision and targets for pupil success and be confident in using their knowledge and expertise to monitor progress, give regular feedback and encourage their young people to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study.

It is essential that the applicant must have prior experience supporting children with SEMH.
