We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing essential support to young people aged 16 to 18 in supported accommodation.
This role involves working shifts from 8 AM to 10 PM plus sleep ins, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals.
**Key Responsibilities:** ? Provide daily support and guidance to young residents, fostering a positive and safe living environment.
? Engage in effective communication to build trust and rapport, enabling residents to express their needs and aspirations.
? Handle challenging situations with patience and resilience, ensuring the well-being of all individuals in your care.
? Maintain accurate and thorough records, documenting interactions and progress to support safeguarding and effective service delivery.
