We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our client's dedicated team of support staff.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals, fostering an environment that encourages personal development towards independent living.Key Responsibilities:· Provide essential support to young people, ensuring a safe and nurturing living environment.· Maintain boundaries and facilitate learning, training, and volunteering opportunities.· Organize and oversee residents' activities, contributing to a supportive culture that promotes individual growth.Qualifications and experience:The ideal candidate should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related field of social care, youth work, or a similar discipline.
