Year 6 General Classroom Teaching Assistant Location: Preston  Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Year 6)  Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM  Pay : £12.90 per hour  Are you passionate about education and supporting young learners?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Preston.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom and help our students thrive as they prepare for their next educational journey.
Key Responsibilities: -          Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
-          Assist with the preparation of classroom activities and resources.
-          Provide individual and small group support to students.
-          Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
-          Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Qualifications: -          Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
-          A passion for education and supporting student development.
-          Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-          Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
